Returns and exchange details
In case of a damaged or incorrect item we will replace it or refund the cost of the item. Please do not be offended when we ask for a picture of the damaged piece. This helps us to identify areas we need to improve in the creating of our art!
Unless an item is damaged or the incorrect item ( you do not receive the item pictured in the listing) , we cannot exchange items.
If cancellation of an order is requested after the above stated 2 day period, there will be no refunds given.
