The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
In case of a damaged or incorrect item we will replace it or refund the cost of the item. Please do not be offended when we ask for a picture of the damaged piece. This helps us to identify areas we need to improve in the creating of our art!
