Payments
We request payment in full before item(s) ship. If an item arrives damaged or an order is incorrect or incomplete please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to make things right as fast as possible.
Shipping
We request payment in full before shipping; orders of listed items will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received. Special orders will be shipped on an individual basis.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
In case of a damaged or incorrect item we will replace it or refund the cost of the item.
Additional
We welcome special orders on all items. Colors, patterns, styles...everything can be customized! These orders will take longer as they will be made specifically for you! Just contact us at Shelaine2015@yahoo.com with your request or send us a message here!
